I am an Injury Prevention Specialist in Center Valley, PA. My credentials are B.S. in Exercise Physiology. I attended college at East Stroudsburg University. I believe the best part about working at ATP is the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on people’s lives. Working in injury prevention, I take pride in helping individuals improve their health and well-being through movement and exercise. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey toward recovery and long-term resilience. My household is made up of just myself, but I have a 9-year-old goddaughter named Riley that I spend a lot of time with.

My favorite outdoor activity is any form of exercise—playing pickup sports, hiking, etc. Two items on my bucket list include visiting Göbekli Tepe in Turkey and visiting the Pyramids of Egypt.
