Dr. Delaine Fowler, PT DPT is president of Accelerate Therapy and Performance. She has worked in rehabilitation and corporate wellness since 2004. Dr. Fowler received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Elon University.
Since that time she has focused her career in sports and industrial wellness and rehabilitation. Her passions include helping others understand the power of moving as a part of a healthy life.
One of her biggest joys as a health care provider is helping her patients and clients get out of pain and back to their passions whether it be playing soccer, running, playing with their kids, or getting back to work without hurting.
She is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Corporate Injury Prevention Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Movement Coach and OSHA 30 trained health care provider. Dr. Fowler lives with her husband and three boys in Salisbury NC. She is active in the running and triathlon community.
Dr. Brittany Clodfelter is the Vice President of Operations at Accelerate Physical Therapy. Brittany received her Bachelors in Biology in 2005 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008, both from Elon University. She had experience in several arenas in the therapy world, including work at retirement communities, assisted living centers, and skilled nursing facilities, before joining the Accelerate PT team almost 7 years ago. Since joining the Accelerate PT team, Brittany has obtained her certified ergonomic assessment specialist training. She completes industrial therapy with several businesses in Salisbury, NC as well as overseeing the ATP injury prevention program is several other states! She takes pride in helping businesses prevent work place injuries and help promote healthy and safe work places!
Brittany loves the vast array of patients she gets to see in the Salisbury clinic. She enjoys treating orthopedic issues as well as neurological diagnoses. She also appreciates the different healing processes among the patients. Her youngest patient has been 2 years old and her oldest patient was 103!
Dr. Clodfelter lives with her husband and two daughters in Winston-Salem, NC. When not at work, she enjoys keeping her daughters active by playing at the park and getting in a game of tennis whenever she can!
Jessica Parry is a Physical Therapist Assistant with an educational background that includes an Associates of Science from South University- Savannah Ga and a Bachelors of Science/Physiology from University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Jessica also holds a certification as a Health Fitness Specialist which she uses to assist with individual programs and Adaptive Sports in community.
Jessica passion is helping others return to functional life and focusing on finding the right individual treatment for her patients with communication with her fellow team members.
Jessica has 12 years of experience in most settings of physical rehabilitation to include post surgical, intensive care and pediatrics. Outpatient therapy however was where her first passion for Physical Therapy started.
Jessica enjoys being a wife as well as a mom to her daughter, is a Georgia Bulldog football fan and likes family vacations at the beach.
Mitch is a Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant; with 27 years of experience in a vast array of rehabilitation models with a concentration in outpatient, senior conditioning, orthopedic, pediatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Mitch is a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as a hospital corpsman and combat medic. He uses his vast experience and knowledge to provide clients with the full spectrum of medical acuity.
Mitch’s passion is assisting his community to maintain fitness and wellness through education, motivation, and personal involvement within a team approach.
Mitch is an Alabama native who enjoys cheering on his UNC Basketball Tar Heels, playing as many holes of golf as possible, and relaxing with family and friends.
Kim recently graduated from Winston-Salem State University in 2019 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to attending WSSU, she was a softball player at Catawba College, where she received her Bachelor of Science. Her journey with ATP began in 2014, where she started out as an intern and fell in love with the profession of physical therapy.
Since then, she has held several positions with the company and will now serve as the newest full-time PT. She is passionate about community outreach and helping people achieve their greatest quality of life. She is also interested in focusing on athletic populations.
Kim grew up in Kannapolis, NC and is now married to her high school sweetheart, Jordan. She enjoys doing just about anything outdoors, spending time with family and traveling with her husband.
