Dr. Fowler received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2004 from Elon University. Since that time she has focused her career in sports and industrial rehabilitation. Her passions include helping others understand the power of moving as a part of a healthy life. One of her biggest joys as a health care provider is helping her patients and clients get out of pain and back to their passions whether it be playing soccer, running, playing with their kids, or getting back to work without hurting. Dr. Fowler lives with her husband and two boys in Salisbury NC. She is active in the running and triathlon community.
Jennifer McGrath, PT, DPT
Jeny, a New Jersey native, graduated from Quinnipiac University in North Haven, Connecticut with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. In completing her clinical rotations through school, Jeny gained much of her experience as it relates to the realm of orthopaedics through working with individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Jeny's time spent at her final clinical affiliation gave her an affinity for working with veterans as well as a further appreciation for conditions related to combat. Jeny also had the brief opportunity to submerge herself in the Guatemalan culture on an international trip to examine matters of the physical therapy profession on a global level.
Prior to graduate school, Jeny received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biomedical Sciences from Missouri State University. During her attendance at Missouri State, Jeny participated at the Division 1 level on MSU's Women's Soccer Team.  Quickly realizing her passion for all things related to optimizing human movement, Jeny sought out extra curricular opportunities which included caring for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases and working as a behavioral support person for individuals with psychiatric and developmental disorders. Despite being hot off the press from PT school, Jeny plans to continue specialized post-doctorate training by pursuing an orthopaedic residency or sitting for her orthopaedic clinical specialist exam. When Jeny is not bouncing around between clinic locations, she can be found exploring the North Carolina mountains with her fiance, Drew, and her two dogs "Louie" and "Winston."
Brittany Clodfelter, PT, DPT
Dr. Brittany Clodfelter is the Vice President of Operations at Accelerate Physical Therapy. Since joining the Accelerate PT team, Brittany has obtained her certified ergonomic assessment specialist training. She completes industrial therapy with several businesses in Salisbury, NC and is working to complete an injury prevention program with those businesses to prevent workplace injuries.
Brittany mainly treats patients at our Lexington clinic location. She has enjoyed the dynamic of being in a clinic located inside of a gym as it provides vast opportunities for treatment and education for continued exercises once finished with therapy! Dr. Clodfelter lives with her husband and two daughters in Winston-Salem, NC. When not at work, she enjoys keeping her daughters active by playing at the park and getting in a game of tennis whenever she can!
